Free Yoga Sundays

Free yoga open to the public sponsored by the Grand Center Arts District EVERY SUNDAY at 9am beginning April 30th and ending July 30th in Strauss Park. This is a gentle flow class open to ALL levels and ALL people plus there will always be some sort of special addition to my classes, so make sure you sign up!! Bring your mat and water will be provided, some snacks may be provided as well <3
